Staff member was very nice

smelled like weed upon entry, blower fans in hall, first room had terrible smell of tobacco smoke, next room, comforter & blankets looked nasty, had to combine sheets from both beds for night. windown would not shut NOR lock. terrible motel,

We couldn't get our tv to work in the room that we were in and we were given a different room with no issues what so ever. The staff was very professional about it.

You advertise continental breakfast but all they had on one occasion was a brown bag of items and the next few days they said they were out of products. No breakfast was available on those days. If you aren¿t going to provide it, don¿t advertise it.

No towels no safety lock and it smelled

The room was so filthy and nasty I couldn¿t even stay there. I went to the front desk and asked to be put in another room. Clerk said no other rooms were available. When I named off the things that were wrong, she didn¿t offer to fix or seem surprised.

The bathroom was not clean. There was a nasty ring around the toilet underneath the seat. The bed was the worse. Sheets were hard but the worse part was the BLOODY MATTRESS! Yes the box spring had visible blood stains and I couldn¿t unsee it.

There were so many things that could have been better. I honestly can¿t think of one thing that was good about this hotel.

Hotel room was dirty. The floor was absolutely terrible. I went and bought a cheap mop and broom since we were staying for a few weeks. The smoke alarm was missing so the is a huge hole in the ceiling. The hotel smelled like weed from 7pm-5am, every day!

Very noisy and room wasn¿t very clean. Morning staff clueless about grab and go breakfast. Did not know how to make coffee. Disappointed

nothing due to the fact that i had to spend out a(n) addition $---- for another booking because they didnt know how to work they system to switch me and my elderly husband by networking computerlization into a non smoking room from a smoking room.

no.... no clean linen and towels nor housekeeping and they locked us out our room talking about non payment and i was their 2 weeks spending daily

The hotel rooms could use some updates. Bed was uncomfortable. people in room above us were very loud past midnight. Annoying that the desk person could not get them to stop

The only thing I liked about the room was how clean and spacious it was in there.

I did not like the fact the staff went in my room and stole my Jordan’s and Nike flip flops and threw my food and stuff away. The staff was very rude and I wouldn’t recommend people to stay there were they have rude managers and thief’s.

The room was clean but as the night went on several roaches started to appear.

Bad milk served daily. Guy at front desk would not do anything about it. I have been staying here for 3 weeks and having to get breakfast somewhere else.

Evening clerk who greeted us was friendly. Gave us a newly remodeled room for the evening.

Horrible breakfast. Minimal offering at best. No elevator.

There were no plates or napkins out to eat the breakfast with. My Dad pointed this out at checkout to the gentlemen at the desk and his was response was "oh yeah i noticed we were out a few days ago" So they have been out and no one has fixed this ?

This hotel was basically a stopover after 10 hours of driving from Florida to our destination in New Mexico. Adequate for our needs except it was undergoing major renovation.

Location is not great. After getting off highway you have to backtrack about a mile on service road. Over half of hotel seemed to be closed for renovation, forcing us to 2nd floor. Room was not as clean as it should be. Will try another next time.
